This was my first experience with a repair shop of any kind for my car. After the estimate was completed, and it was clear it would be more work than I had anticipated, my mindset was ‘It will take as long as it needs to take to make it right again’. Six weeks later (after many trips on transit), I have my wings again, and ‘they’ are beautiful. The work is fantastic, the memories of what it looked like are gone. I’m beyond satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto Portland if you need auto bodywork. A++++++¥¥¥

Car door was hit badly. Was referred to this place by my insurance. Came in for an inspection, they ordered a new door and was able to drop my car off a week later. They said estimated time to complete would be a week but they got in done in 3 days! Super efficient. They also washed and vacuumed my car which was a plus. Only cons were that I asked to fill air in my back tire which they did but now that one tire is 5 psi higher than the other three tires (I wish they had checked that it was equal), and the inside of my car smells like nail polish. These are easy fixes for me so not going to let it affect my review/rating since my new door is beautiful!

I had a fender bender not of my own making, so that was pretty frustrating. My insurer has a relationship with Fix Auto on E. Burnside, so I took my car there. From the beginning, Cristian and the team there were professional and efficient. (One good sign: the shop is really clean!) Communication was outstanding throughout the process, and they delivered my car in excellent condition (cleaner and more detailed than when I dropped it off!) on time. You wouldn't know there had been an accident. I would definitely work with them again, though I hope I don't have to!
