I took my 2010 Toyota Prius for a minor repair (remove the annoying "air vent dome"). They took care of that, as well as did an overall check on fluids, brakes, lights, added needed air to my tires. The found a light needing replacement, oil change recommended and a couple of other issues. They advised me of these, in advance, told me the cost of repair of each and how long the work would take. I told them what to fix and was able to pick up my car within the next hour.

From the initial phone call to make an appointment to check out at the end of the same day, the communications I received were respectful and responsive to my questions. This lead to valuable information that helped me make decisions on the current and ongoing care of my 11 year car. Based on my experience, the systems of communication and service are efficient and effective. The staff I interacted with were professional, poised, considerate of my concerns. I always felt informed about the mechanical services and the cost of same.

Everett is always amazing! The team does amazing work and communication is transparent and efficient. We found them by chance and really dont use anyone else for our cars, especially major stuff. It always pleasent working with them. Their Veterans discount is great as well!

Jake and his team at Everett Street Autoworks are exceptional. After switching from another service provider, they immediately identified several small but important maintenance issues that had been overlooked — including a brake pad issue that could have become a major problem had they not detected it. Their thoroughness, honesty, and attention to detail truly stand out. The service was fast, friendly, and fairly priced. We’ll be taking all our vehicles here from now on and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
