I would like to express my gratitude to Fix Auto for the excellent work they did on my car. I am truly delighted with how it turned out, even better than before the accident. I was involved in a collision in which, thankfully, everything turned out well, but the front right side of the vehicle was completely damaged. Fix Auto managed to repair it fully, paying attention to every detail and returning the car in excellent condition. I highly recommend this place for their professionalism, quality of work, and care. I highly recommend Fix Auto South San Diego! My 2018 Honda CRV Touring needed body work. They were and are amazing. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my car via text messages, the Owner Bill and his staff were personable, responsive, and communicative through the entire process. Bill went above and beyond by: - By checking if he was able to get a better price for a car rental than what I found online while my car was in his shop. - He drove me from the Shop when I dropped off my car to the car rental near his shop and waited with me until I got my car rental. Bill and his staff always responded timely to my texts and calls. Their work on my car was superb! They made my car look brand new! I highly recommend Fix Auto South San Diego. You will be extremely satisfied! Thank you Bill and staff for taking good care of me and my car!
What a truly amazing experience at this Fix Auto shop!! If you need any body work done to your vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place 10/10!!! Roland Jim was such a pleasure to work with. I had a minor collision and they repaired my car in less than 2 weeks! I honestly, didn’t expect it that fast but when I got the call, I was super excited to pick up my car! I must admit my car is looking better than ever! They even washed and cleaned it up!! Extra brownie points for sure!! :-) The complete process was painless and Roland handled every detail with professionalism and with care. This is my first time using this body shop and my experience overall was top notch and enjoyable. Everything was seamless and I was even able to have the rental car agency show up before I was even finished with my drop off paper work. Along the way every of the process i was informed of the steps and what the next process was. Hopefully I dont have to have anymore bodywork done but if I do I will defiantly come back. Thank you again for everyone that had a hand in fixing my wife's car. Even those who are behind the scenes.
Mike and Jaime at Fix Auto were great. It has been a while since having to go through a accident claim process. I have Geico so I used the Auto Xpress service. I was nervous at the beginning not knowing which shop to pick from their network. Comparing the reviews I entrusted this location to fix our older Acura Mdx as it is our family car and we have spent several thousands of dollars as of recent on it. Anyway long story short the repair was great, they really did a solid job, and the team went the extra mile to make sure the car came out of the shop looking 5 times better than going in. I had a rental through Geico and enterprise dropped off the rental at the shop and I returned it the same way. The team was very communicative, received automated texts, and finished the car before I expected it to. I am a picky car guy and always try to provide the outmost care on my cars. The work met my expectations. I hope I do not have another incident but If I do i will not think twice about taking my cars back to Fix up auto on main st. They were very courteous, kind and perform great work. Thanks to the crew team gentleman ( i forgot his name) he did some extra cleaning on the car and looks excellent
