Great customer service! They were fast and efficient, and I was in and out with no hassle. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. Plus, they have a shop cat that made the experience even better. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best places to get your tires replaced! The staff was super friendly and welcoming the moment I arrived, and they speak both English and Spanish, which made everything even easier. They had exactly what I needed — four tires for my car — and the total price was only $190 including the tires, balancing, and labor. You really can’t beat that deal! It only took about 30 minutes for all four tires — quick, efficient, and done right. This is definitely my new go-to spot for anything tire-related. They also offer oil changes at unbeatable prices: just $25 for a sedan or $35 for a pickup, and you just bring your own oil and filter. That’s an amazing deal you won’t find many other places. Huge thanks to the team for the awesome service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

First off, Mark is professional, honest, and trustworthy! From the first call I made and to the onsite interaction at the tire shop, Mark was kind and shared vital information on the used tires and expectations! He’s knowledgeable and continued to communicate and provide updates during the installation. The prices are fair and there is no upselling or bait and switch like some of the nearby tire shops or on university. Mark even went as far as to ask what the air pressure psi is for the back and front tires. I highly recommend J&M Tire Shop and trust me, I do my own DIY on my car so I know J&M Tire Shop is trustworthy and the craftsmanship is excellent! Thanks Mark for an amazing and seamless experience!

J & M Tire Shop is the best 💯. Pulled up with my truck and trailer and they handled everything quick and professional. Fair prices, fast service, and they know what they’re doing.
