Repeat customer here..and I’d give 10 stars if I could! Once again we couldn’t be happier with Jeremy’s work. This time he installed several shelves in our home, including one modular type with many finicky parts, and the results were flawless. Everything was installed beautifully and perfectly level. Jeremy was punctual, detail oriented, and he left our space spotless before leaving. Scheduling the appointment via email was also smooth and effortless. Fix It Friend is absolutely worth recommending!

Fix It Friend was amazing to work with. They were incredibly prompt, organized, and coordinated everything directly with my tenants, which made the whole process so easy. Pricing was very reasonable and didn’t break the bank. They also sent clear before and after photos, and their online payment options were super convenient. Overall, a smooth, reliable experience. I dropped by the shop to see if they could weld back the metal bracket attaching the chair to the frame of my Herman Miller desk chair. I met Jeremy and he was super friendly, courteous, and professional. I left the chair with him and he had it fixed and looking like new in only a couple of days and at a reasonable price. Great customer service, prompt communication, and high-quality work. I would 100% highly recommend. Thanks Jeremy!

From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Jeremy was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. He installed our shelves exactly how we wanted them & was super quick but meticulous. We even showed him another small issue we had that he fixed on the spot. We're so pleased with the service we want him to come back & help us with some custom shelves in our pantry. Definitely recommend!!

Jeremy from Fix-It Friend built, stained and installed beautiful wooden banisters for our home. One for the main stairway, and one for the stairway to the attic. It was custom work that he created for our tastes and to match the decor of our home. He was courteous, professional, and is very detail oriented. I'd definitely recommend his company and I'd definitely work with him again!
