I'm surprised this place has so many good reviews. I need a service estimate for my device insurance company so I called Fix it Wireless and ask if they write service estimates. The guy working there told me that they don't offer that at their repair shop. It's a super simple and pretty standard practice to write service estimates, so I'm was surprised that they said they don't do that there. I wouldn't give a place my business if they can't even follow a pretty simple and standard practice. Fixit Wireless was literally zero help, zero effort, and just lazy.

Mike is the guy. Explains the game plan for your device and gets it done. Very professional and friendly. My PC was having issues connecting to my Ethernet cord, so I took it in for a diagnostic. It stayed there a couple days because they ordered me a wifi adapter (my computer didn't have one), but also fixed my Ethernet issue. Mike was constantly calling me with updates and keeping me as informed as possible. If I run into PC issues again, I'm absolutely going back here.

Phone stopped charging late Saturday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. Panic begins creep in. I went to 2 previous vendors who could not help me. The 2nd gave me Mike's/WIRELESS' card. I called, he was open late Saturday afternoon, I drove over and his Hoffman Heights shop. He replaced my dead USB charging port in under 30 minutes. For, what I certainly thought, was a really good, and fair, price. I thought I was watching my digital life quickly fading away on a holiday weekend late Saturday afternoon. Looking at until the following Tuesday to get it fixed. I had a delightful conversation with him regarding his business and operation. A most impressive young entrepreneur. I have found a permanent, reliable, and quality phone repair place : ) I'm a retired USAF vet, and this guy & WIRELESS- "the ultimate repair center", gets my top notch, 2-thumbs up recommendation!!!
