First time taking my iPhone here for repair. Great experience. They fixed it super fast and were friendly. Will definitely go back next time I need a pro fixer.

Unholy bad service. Came in to repair my Pixel 7 Pro, they not only did they take more than what they said it would, but they also made a poor job, so bad even that they did it again, and on the 2nd try, it seemed "better" just for it to break again in less than a month. We also asked for them to get the photos and videos from that phone to a usb drive, just for them to get 1/4th of the photos of the phone. It's insane that they charged ~300 dollars for such a poor service.

These guys are awesome! I have 6 kids and am always needing my broken phone screens fixed. Their prices are competitive and they're always fast at getting my phones fixed and back in my hands. They sell used phones too and anytime ive bought one I've never had any issues with it. They back their work, they're reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them. Thank you Fix It Pro.

I have had a horrible experience. I went in to fix a simple cracked screen, and since then I have had to go in two additional times in order to get my phone fixed. I had no previous problems with my phone and now every time I go to use it the screen will go grey/white after only a minute or two of use. As well as it will only go back to normal once I completely turn off my phone.

Excellent service. We first called and spoke with the owner who was professional, friendly and helpful. This is what made us decide to come this business. Irina helped us and had us in and out quickly. We needed to replace the glass on an Iphone 6s plus. They made it look brand new. I hope I don't need to go back in the future but if I break my phone again I know where to go. Thanks for the outstanding service!
