I ordered a custom cake based on an image that was advertised on their Instagram. The image showed a very polished, high-quality design. Unfortunately, the cake I received looked significantly different from what was advertised. I understand handmade items can vary, but this was not a small variation in detail, the overall finish, structure, and quality did not match the image used to sell the product. When I raised my concern, the business declined to take responsibility or offer a resolution. All managers that I spoke to told me a different version. The day we got the cake was the day of the birthday , we called and spoke with Sirverio (one of the managers) and told us to go the next day and get a store credit and he was going to tell the manager of the next day so they knew about the store credit. When we got there MariCarmen refused to give us the store credit because we were supposed to bring back the cake when Sirveria DID NOT tell us that and just told us to use the cake and go the next day for the store credit. MariCarmen told us she was gonna call her upper managers to see what they could do for us because NONE of the managers say the same thinng and everyone says a different thing. MariCarmen never called us , shocking! We called her and she told is the excuse that she had lost our phone number but she had my dads, that lie doesnt make any sense. MariCarmen told us she was gonna call us with a follow up and she never did and its been 3 days now. We asked MariCarmen to speak with the business owners and she ignored our request. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LIAR. MariCarmen doesn’t care about the costumers. I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and transparency, especially since the advertised image appears to be heavily edited or Al-generated and this was not disclosed. I'm sharing this so other customers can make an informed decision before ordering. I will show the image they posted on their instagram which appears to be AI and the image of the cake we received. If you guys care about what your cake will look like for your birthday dont order it from here because they will make a design thats ugly and they wont take accountability about it. $50 that we wasted on a cake that was not what we ordered!

Like visiting my mom. What delicious food and what a great price. Could spend more for a burger elsewhere. This was so many time better. Great selections and tons of deserts. Highly recommend.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter and I came in on October 24 at 9:10am. My daughter just wanted a donut before school. It was not busy at all but as we waited we were completely ignored like we were not there at all. The ladies promptly served people who came in after us continuing to ignore that we were there. After 10 minutes we walked out with nothing. Yesterday I was recommending this place to friends but after today I will be telling people to stay far away and find a better bakery with better service. Do better Fl bakery!!!!

Very nice place for authentic Spanish flavor , everything is yummy and atmosphere is perfect for family gatherings or quick get together for a tasty hearty meal, tons of deserts and yesss! They have Tembleque , and video will show much more of sweets , they have a buffet of hot food where chicken , rice and other things ,

We love FL Bakery! Coming back from my specialist appointment a few days ago we stopped here for a quick lunch and they had more to offer that’s to say the least! They have cakes, pastries, and all type of delectables that you can think of….along with an entire menu of Latin food, which are served in platters with an option choice of an entry or meat and two sides. They are very generous with the servings! Today I had to go back it was that good!!! I also snagged some awesome photos. Enjoy! This will surprise you!
