They say on their website that service is roughly half an hour but they only took like five minutes with me which was a pleasant surprise

Poorly trained staff and bad management. I booked a Speed Interior service at the Connecticut/Albemarle location. When I arrived, the attendant says they don’t shampoo floor mats, which is exactly what is listed on the site under the service as well as the location provided. Another attendant came and told me it’s an error on the website. They didn’t have any service to offer me as a consolation. I’ve gotten other services from them in the past and they’ve been sub par. It’s a convenient location for me, but I’m done with them.
