It's nice.. Hard to say a lot about a car wash. I won't say the clean is immaculate, but it's fine for the price. The line can get pretty long, but it moves efficiently.

What do they even do? Seriously, they just let anyone work there. Seems like the staff straight up don’t get trained. Zero attention to detail and just overall shoddy work. My interior honestly looks worse than it did prior to the service. I can honestly do a better job without wasting the ridiculous amount of money they charge. Countless streaks on EVERY window, and did they forget to turn the vacuum on? Dust still everywhere, no wonder it took them 4 minutes to finish, they didn’t do anything. I can go on but I highly recommend avoiding if you can.

This place is constantly pretty terrible. I've been here probably five times because it's close to home and every time I find that they do a poor job of cleaning the interior and exterior even if you get the "flagship" service which is their top tier wash. The last time I was here they missed some spilled coffee inside one of the cup holders and bird droppings on the outside of the car. Definitely going someplace else and can't recommend.

Even one star is too much for this car wash. The staff are rude, lazy, and completely careless. I paid for the most expensive wash, and my car still came out filthy. There were bird droppings on it before, and they were still there afterward. When I pointed it out, they tried to say it was an “old stain.” Seriously? It’s a 2025 car, not some rusty old junker. The interior was just as bad—the cup holders, doors, and console were untouched. This place is a total scam and should honestly be shut down. Daylight robbery. Avoid this place at all costs!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Flagstop Car Wash for over a year and a half. I wash my car there every other day — at least 3 times a week — across different locations. On July 5th, 2025, after going through the automatic wash tunnel, I noticed that my rear bumper was partially detached. I reported it right away. We reviewed the security footage, which clearly shows the bumper was in perfect condition before entering the wash. The manager even emailed me the photo proving that. Despite the clear evidence, I was told they wouldn’t take responsibility and refused to provide insurance info or help with repairs. They claimed it was pre-existing damage, even though their own footage shows otherwise. I trusted this business and supported them consistently for a long time. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way when something goes wrong. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll be moving forward with legal action.
