The young man Zach Ellis is an absolute keeper for the business. Very positive, knowledgeable of the product, makes sound recommendations, and even showed me I had points toward a free wash today. Zach Ellis was friendly and helpful. After taking my Toyota Tundra through the wash the back of the truck was still dirty, they washed it again stating that because the truck has a trailer hitch step that they had turned off the rear wrap around wash. After the second wash the back was still not clean.

Jewel was very nice and pleasant. I really appreciate everything she did. She gave me a towel and is very respectful. Excellent service 👍 I recommend everyone to come by and get some great service and treatment. Best service I ever had in 15 years. Best price available and the customer service is outstanding ❤️. I came back today and Jewel was the best. I just love her enthusiasm and positive attitude. I love this flag stop.

Jewel was the attendant that checked me in at Flagstop last week. She was very personable and efficient. While she mentioned their specials and club membership, she didn't push and overdue! I really appreciate that. Flagstop is a great place to wash your car. It's very clean & convenient. I appreciate the vacuums and car rags they have available.
