To Whom It May Concern, I would like to file a complaint regarding repeated and unfair charges at your car wash. This issue has happened several times. Each time I come, I am charged again even though my previous payment should be valid for one full month. Unfortunately, your staff do not accept my proof of payment, even when I show my card and receipt. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me frustration and financial loss. Please investigate this matter immediately and make sure valid payments are properly recognized. I also request a refund for the money that has been unfairly charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to report it to the appropriate authorities. I look forward to your response.
