We held our wedding celebration there & it was BEAUTIFUL! I told her what I wanted then allowed her to freely create her interpretation of my vision. They did the entire set up & we chose to bring in catered food. The set up was lovely and the owner even surprised us with a huge welcome photo canvas of us that our loved ones could take pictures in front of then she gifted it to us! The owner was honest, caring and kind from the day I reached out throughout the entire process! Great space, great price, GREAT memories made there! Flame Lily is now a special part of OUR life story!

I booked a showing for September 24th at 5pm. We drove from Little Elm to Irving an hour in traffic, confirmed the appointment and no call no show on their end. If this is how you conduct future clients, thank you for saving me the headache.

Unprofessional. I scheduled a tour for today at 5 pm on their website. When I got there no one was there. I called and the lady who answered had no clue a tour was scheduled today. She asked me to give her 30 mins but I already had a tight schedule and couldn’t wait. I drove 25 mins one way. A waste of 50 mins and gas. For a business that’s unprofessional. For this alone I won’t recommend or book with them. Be mindful of people’s time. Turn notifications on so you know when someone schedules a tour or something.

I attended a friend's wedding at this venue, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff were not in uniform, making it difficult to identify them or know who to contact. It took over an hour for the food service to begin. They cramped us all in a tiny room while they set up the reception area. We werent setved food for over an hour and a half and we only received our meals after the bride's mother intervened to ask about the delay. Food tasted like it was reheatec in the microwave Some tables were not served at all, and the staff were not wearing gloves, which was concerning as they were visibly touching the food with their hands. The decorations were poorly done and appeared cheap, despite my friend investing a significant amount of money into the event. It felt as though the venue took her money without delivering the promised quality. I would advise caution when considering this venue for your event, as my experience was far from pleasant. Do not book with them.
