hosted a quinceañera here, the servers came in and wasn’t serving our guests, ate OUR food before the guests did, they were refusing to assist us, 1 or two of them had an altercation with my mom and aunt, they were sitting down, and refused to serve the cake to the guests because they had to go but they had enough time to serve the cake ( 30 minutes left, plenty of time) but they kept refusing so my mom had to pay 25$ for each server (100$ in total), and also my family members caught them taking some of our plates and wine glasses we brought. Yes we spoke to the person in charge of this but he claimed there wasn’t any of ours there. Other than that, decorations was beautiful.
We recently hosted a quinceañera at this venue, and while the staff was initially accommodating during the booking process, the actual experience was disappointing. The day before and the day of the event, the venue was not properly cleaned — floors needed sweeping and mopping, and surfaces were dusty. We were promised decorated centerpieces to match our color scheme, but what was provided was bare minimum and did not meet expectations. None of the chairs were decorated as promised, which took away from the overall look we had planned. The restrooms were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned before the event. It was also extremely hot in the hallways, and the designated dressing room was far from the main event space. The nearby dressing room, which would have been much more convenient, was trashed and unusable. Additionally, the provided servers did not perform their duties. Tables remained dirty throughout the event, the buffet was not maintained, and the staff was often found sitting, on their phones, and had to be repeatedly asked to assist. Although the security guard did an amazing job. Overall, we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and poor service. This experience did not reflect the professionalism or quality we were promised. Reply to owner response: Thank you for your response. I appreciate the acknowledgment, and I agree communication throughout the planning process and during the event would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, we were not contacted in advance about décor, despite being told someone would follow up. We also confirmed specific details the week prior such as chair decorations and floral additions to the centerpieces which were not provided on the day of the event. The front dressing room that was supposed to be reserved for my daughter was left in unacceptable condition, with trash and empty liquor bottles scattered across the floor. While I understand your staffing recommendations, we were not advised that only having two servers would lead to such visible neglect. Trash accumulated throughout the event, and my family ultimately had to remove it. Additionally, the servers who were on their phones and inattentive to the buffet area. As for compliments, my husband did not compliment decor rather, he commented that the venue seems to be booked for the remainder of the summer. Lastly, given the summer heat, it was concerning that the air conditioning was off in the dressing rooms and hallways areas that should have been properly prepared for guests and the honoree. I’m not looking for perfection, but I do expect to receive what was promised. My review reflects the total experience, and I hope this feedback helps your team reassess where communication and service fell short.
We had the most amazing experience at this venue! Everything was beautifully decorated, and they truly made my night stress-free by helping me take care of every little detail. A huge shoutout to Lisbeth, who was absolutely wonderful—she kept in constant contact with me, answered all my questions, and was so kind and supportive throughout the entire process. The owners were also incredibly nice and accommodating. When it snowed on Thursday, they went above and beyond to let us set up some things on Wednesday and allowed us to drop off the rest on Friday. Their flexibility and understanding truly made everything easier for us. If you’re looking for a venue for your event, we highly recommend this one. The team is so helpful and accommodating, and the venue itself is always elegant and beautifully maintained. It was truly the perfect place for our special day!
