I called Flatland Plumbing at 11:30 at night on a freezing holiday evening, not expecting anyone to even answer. My wife and I were hearing water running through the walls and were extremely concerned. To my surprise, they picked up right away. They insisted on coming out that late, but I asked if they could at least help guide me over the phone. Without hesitation, they walked me through how to shut off the main water supply and explained all of my options clearly and patiently. They even advised me to go through my home warranty so the repair would be more affordable if it was what they thought it was going to be. Later, we found out it was a slab leak, but their integrity, honesty, and non-judgmental approach truly stood out. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care more about helping than making a quick dollar. Flatland Plumbing is truly one of a kind. Wishing them nothing but success in all their future endeavors. My 20 year old water heater was making a gurgling noise so I called Flatland Plumbing. Will Arausa came by to take a look and explained to me the reason for the gurgling. He said that it doesn’t need to be replaced at the moment and gave me an estimate for when it does need to be replaced. He was very helpful. My neighbor had used Flatland Plumbing for her water heater replacement and was very pleased with their work. I will be calling them when I need mine replaced. Will was very informative and kind when explaining that I can wait on replacing the water heater.

Recently had to get some difficult plumbing work done and I'm so glad I went with Flatland Plumbing. They replaced the cast iron piping and P trap under a bath tub in a clean and timely manner. This required breaking through the slab floor and digging. I was very impressed with how clean and organized they were as well as how polite they were to all my questions. This plumbing company is awesome! I wish I could put more than 5 stars for this company! I had a bad water leak in my bathroom that came out of nowhere! Martin (the technician) came out right away and fixed my water leak and installed my new shower head, handle, and spout! Martin was very professional, courteous, and went out of his way to fix my issues with my shower and huge water leak! This was all done and fixed on a Sunday! Martin and this company is AWESOME! I highly recommend Martin and this company to anyone and everyone! Thank you Martin and thank you Flatland Plumbing! I will be telling EVERYONE that this company is AWESOME!
