I called Flatland Plumbing at 11:30 at night on a freezing holiday evening, not expecting anyone to even answer. My wife and I were hearing water running through the walls and were extremely concerned. To my surprise, they picked up right away. They insisted on coming out that late, but I asked if they could at least help guide me over the phone. Without hesitation, they walked me through how to shut off the main water supply and explained all of my options clearly and patiently. They even advised me to go through my home warranty so the repair would be more affordable if it was what they thought it was going to be. Later, we found out it was a slab leak, but their integrity, honesty, and non-judgmental approach truly stood out. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care more about helping than making a quick dollar. Flatland Plumbing is truly one of a kind. Wishing them nothing but success in all their future endeavors.
