We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Flip Out Braybrook. The day ran smoothly thanks to our host Olivia. She was very helpful and made sure we were looked after and was happy to answer all my questions. The kids had a great day. I highly recommend this venue 👌

We had a wonderful experience hosting our child’s birthday party here. The trampolines and rock climbing were great. Our party host, Max, was absolutely fantastic — organised, friendly, and always ready to help with my many requests. He kept the party on track, collected every single child for lunch and cake and organised a time for rock climbing. The manager was also lovely, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely helpful. For a busy play centre, the space felt surprisingly calm, clean, and well‑run. Honestly the best place I have hosted a party at. I do have only one negative. I booked the 1.5 hour party, it wasn’t long enough, to upgrade I had to pay for another hour as they can’t add an extra half hour. This was an extra $16 a kid… I had already spent $35 per child so this ended up being a very expensive party. Book the 2 hours. 1.5 is not enough.

Great place for kids, rock climbing wall is awsome and the electric go karts are a hit. Hot food available, we have been there quite a few times and kids still love it. Highly recommend for a day out or even a birthday party.

Had a self catered birthday here in the weekend. Pro's - Flip out graciously gave us a slot on short notice, thanku for that! - Large venue - kids had fun Cons - Staff couldnt find our booking upon arrival so we were left with our guests to stand there and crowd the check in area - slow inefficient check in which ate into party time - Poor communication between staff (Was told 3 different things by different 3 staff members) - Wasn't made aware no balloons prior to booking - Limited parking Overall I appreciate the fact Flip Out were able to squeeze us in, however because of the above, I wish I booked elsewhere. Im glad the kids had fun however do not recommend as the mixed messages between staff made a simple birthday so much more stressful than it should have.

Small hiccup at booking time due to system errors resulting in us having to drive out again to amend / confirm. A bit of a squeeze in party room #9 for 19 kids but the children didn't seem to mind. And they do run to a VERY tight schedule given its popularity. But overall we had a great time celebrating our child's 10th bd today with the e-kart package. So glad we've chosen e-kart - from the laughters and the buzz it was a great hit amongst the kids. I think the host had a control pad that has all the karts on there so it's completely safe and do-able for little ones. Our host, Leah, was more than wonderful although it was only her 2nd party. You had us thinking you've done it a thousand times - so approachable, patient with the kids, helpful and reminding us of our activities and entitlements. Food and drinks came out very quickly and delays were promptly communicated. Drinks and serviette refills were promptly provided as well. Pricing is a lot more competitive than a similar one at the big shopping centre up the hill. And so much easier to manage carpark. Thank you for a stressfree party.
