Went in to change a T-shirt I had bought for my husband’s Christmas in November. I knew that I was way out of the return date. The lovely owner was fabulous and offered me to return it for anything else we wanted in store . Would not hesitate to use this small business again . Fab service and very friendly . We must use local small businesses more.

Ordered black cats for Christmas presents unfortunately when arrived box is damaged think this was done during delivery,for type shoe an price would also expect box to be in good condition,think collector these type shoe would expect same.Once contacted the guys at the shop they were so helpful an more than willing to exchange for one that was undamaged. Great customer service.

Lovely shop with a great mix of designer labels with no pressure. The staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable and made my visit a pleasure to shop. Flip is definitely a top spot in Edinburgh and well worth a visit.

So I bought some air max 95’s… I can’t lie they highly exceeded my expectations… for example, imagine I ordered the shoes at 2:30pm on a Thursday and received them the next day around 12:30-1:00pm, that’s Less 24hrs from me ordering them to actually having them in my hands, crazy… not to mention they came exactly as described, box fresh and authentic. Hands down 10/10 service 💯

Great wee store to have in Edinburgh. Got some nice pieces that you can’t find anywhere else in the city!
