We came in to see Melanie Suastegui for help choosing tile for 2 houses we are remodeling. She was great. We had been having difficulty making up our minds and she quickly helped us find just the right tile for each bathroom. So glad we came to see her.
Today we had the pleasure of working with Carl - amazing customer service - promote him asap . he’s a keeper. Took everything to the car, unloaded it . Stayed with us the whole time while we were designing a master bath 👍
Jesus - he was Kinsmans and proactively patient. I’ve been to the store many many times and have never received such excellent customer service. He is valued employee truly helpful customer satisfaction driven, and I’m very grateful for his help!
I had a problem with an order. The customer service called and said that the person that did my order needs more training and did not know that they did not have the enough amount that we need and they had to cancel the order. After long hours on the phone and waiting so long on hold I was able to speak with someone who was able to find the right amount in a different store, I explained to him that I need it within 2 weed and he said that it takes 7-10 business days to be delivered which works great. 8 days later I receive a call from them saying that it will be shipped the next business day and it will not arrive until two weeks from the shipping day. I spoke to the manager and explained that I had stated that I need it urgently and I was told that is possible. No accommodations were made, and they did not try to help at all. I have heard from many people that I should not trust floor and decor delivery date because they always miss it, I should have listened to them.
This place is huge and amazing! We arrived with minimal time to look and had to come back later in the day when we had more time. The displays are helpful and the show room floor has plenty of materials to choose from. It helps to have someone assisting you. Melissa Watters came to our rescue and really took an overwhelming situation and made it fun! We walked out of the store with samples and feel really good. Our next step is a vanity with dual sinks - more to follow 🙏❤️
