First timer with re-carpeting. Called Flooring Creations, Gus Sr. came out to the house, took measurements, asked what I was looking for and had extensive knowledge on any questions I could've ever had on carpeting. Went down to the showroom, got detailed information about the carpet I chose (quality, material, how it lasts, cleaning instructions) and was recommended a 3rd party flooring contractor. They are extremely professional and made a first experience on something I've never dealt with before easy and comfortable- will recommend to any of my friends in the San Diego area and would definitely call them again.
Im usually skeptical when making a big purchase because i hate being disappointed but i have to say that i had an amazing experience at flooring creations. They had a wide variety of flooring and in my case i needed new carpet. Everyone was helpful and informative and no one pressured us. They were very good at communicating as well. They charge a measuring fee that will go back to you when you choose them for your flooring needs. They don't do the installation themselves but they gave us a good recommendation for a 3rd party contractor to install and they also did very well. Overall, im happy i went with flooring creations and i recommend them 100%.
After several quotes to replace carpet with LVP, I found Flooring Creations on yelp and it was the best experience. Gus Jr was professional and knowledgeable on everything I needed. The showroom/ store has amazing options and I loved how so many color options were on display. The workmanship of the installers that came recommended were outstanding. Every element of this project exceeded my expectations. I'm looking forward to loving my floors for years.
I found the perfect tiles and LVP for my new home at Flooring Creations after unable to find what I am looking for at other flooring stores. Gus Jr. is wonderful and cares about his customers. The recommended installer did a great job as well. Those recommended installers will come back if we find any issue with the installation. My flooring and stairs looks great. So happy we found Flooring Creations through Yelp, we are so grateful to work with Gus and his team! This is the second time we’ve worked with Gus to remodel our floors. I sent Gus some inspo photos and he quickly provided recommendations on what floors he felt would be the style I love. He was spot on, we couldn’t be happier with how amazing our floors turned out (see pictures). He recommended a wonderful floor installer who did a great job and finished way ahead of schedule. Price was reasonable and they did charge for a measuring fee, but it was refunded in the purchase of materials. I truly want to thank Gus, remodeling is so stressful with so many options and items to coordinate. He really cares about his customers and takes the time to meet and helped me to design the house of my dreams! :) thank you Gus and Karen!
