We are very pleased with our visit to, Havertys furniture store on Hulen in Ft Worth,Tx. Ben Harty was so helpful with us choosing a reclining loveseat & the color of it. He is a great salesman, no pressure at all which was very impressive to us. If we need furniture in the future we will go back to Haverts & ask for Ben, Thank You
Do not shop here. Spent almost $20000 and when furniture was delivered a sectional piece was missing. Set was delivered on 11-13-25 and we are still waiting for piece on 12-07-25. Told today it will be after the new year! Called and continuously told we will look into it and call right back or right after I get off this call i will call you. No call backs. Customer service has been awful, to say the least. Manager was nice but no help.
Ben greeted us promptly and showed us exactly what we asked for. Super friendly and easy to work with. We are very pleased with our purchase.
