We called asking for help with a adding flooring beneath our refrigerators in a food trailer to level it out and the team was incredibly kind, helping us the very same day. They were generous with samples and cared about finding us the right solution. It is refreshing to experience such high quality customer service. Recommended by a coworker and could not have been happier with the team at Floor Store. Josh was communicative, helpful, and great at helping us envision what we wanted. Max, who did the actual installation, did an incredible job with placing engineered wood flooring. We have a strict HOA that likes to micromanage projects like these, and even they complimented how thorough the team was.

I went in the Floor Store today and I had an amazing experience! Maddi showed me all the best carpet options and was very helpful and professional. Maryann and Josh were both super friendly and knowledgeable as well, they were great at being able to answer all of my questions. I definitely will be back!

We are so thrilled with the flooring and installation services that we received from Floor Store and Design Center! Josh and his team were extremely responsive and transparent. They made our remodel smooth, effortless, and stress free. The job was completed in only a few days which made returning to our usual life that much easier. I highly recommend going with this company for your flooring needs and installation. We will be back soon when we redo our first floor!

After doing an extensive amount of research and collecting different bids, Josh & Carrie really stood above the rest in customer service. They worked with us to accommodate exactly what we were looking for and the end result was fantastic. We had Gordo as our installer and he was quick, clean, and efficient. We would absolutely recommend them again--thank you!
