I am OBSESSED with my nails! 😍 Lily really ate this set down with the shape, the design, the detail, everything is flawless. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. The nails are clean, creative, and absolutely beautiful. The customer service at Florence Nails & Spa is amazing from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a great vibe. I felt like the girls had great energy. If you’re looking for a nail tech who truly delivers and a salon that treats you right, The nails techs are THAT GIRL and Florence Nails & Spa is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back! 💅✨

My friend and I came in today for a mani & pedi. The young beautiful girl who did my pedi did an amazing job!! Felt like I got a great service. Didn’t feel rushed, actually got a massage + with hot stones! unlike other places that just try get you out in 2 seconds. I would recommend Florence nails to all my friends 🩷

Would NOT recommend!! The ladies were nice however they would not ask for my opinion before doing things such as changing the length or the design. My friend ended up with nail polish all over the skin on her fingers and the lady was rough. They are also terrible quality, I paid $80 just for one of my nails to fall off after 4 days! The nails I get from the place I usually go to are a similar price, if not cheaper and last for at least 3 weeks.

My mother and I have been getting our pedicures done at Florence Nails & Spa for over a year, and we always leave extremely happy. All the ladies are polite, friendly, and always happy to chat to you while they work. Highly recommend!

Their attention to detail was amazing, and the way they treated us was beyond kind. The highlight was definitely the special scrub they used—it added such a luxurious touch to the whole experience oh and the hot stones!! What a treat that was!! We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and absolutely glowing. Thank you to the whole team for making it so special—we can’t wait to come back!
