Beautiful bouquets (Glacial and Song Of My Heart)! Easy to order and collect, the team was kind and prompt as we had to change the collection time to earlier the day before. They also had them in a cardboard box with a ribbon over them which made it easier to transport. Some points: the Glacial bouquet was not wrapped in blue as on the site (though we ordered as pictured and the wrapped option) and the Song Of My Heart only had closed lilies and the arrangement and wrapping covered the pink roses, meaning it looked mostly green and white.

I was looking for quality flowers to send that would be delivered on the same day and after a lot of research I found Flowers Across Melbourne. Their website was very easy to use and I liked that I knew what flowers I was getting and how many of each there would be in the arrangement, when it was delivered it was exactly as pictured. The flowers were actually delivered within a few hours of placing my order and I was kept informed the whole time of what was happening. I will use this company again and I recommend them to everyone that is looking to send beautiful flowers. Thank you so much for making a difficult time extremely easy to deal with.
