I had a really really hard month- my dad had a stroke, I found a mass on my dog that needed surgery, and of course my house couldn’t be left out of the mix and my gutters started leaking. I decided to order myself flowers because I needed something nice to happen in my life. I found this beautiful bouquet and they were from a locally owned business with fantastic reviews. Always prioritizing local businesses I was so excited to receive my arrangement but when they got here, it actually was so bad that it made me cry. My nice gift to myself wasn’t nice at all just very very disappointing. I emailed about how small my premium arrangement was and received a single response- my second email received no response. If there isn’t going to be any sort of correction for a disappointing arrangement please don’t include that language on the card included with the flowers. I do want to give two stars based on how fresh the flowers were, they lasted a good amount of time. They were beautiful but the arrangement was incredibly small and looked nothing like what I ordered, not even in the same color family and I don’t think flowers have ever made me cry until now.

This was my first time ordering from this shop and I am incredibly disappointed. I worked in a flower shop for several years so I understand that what is listed on the website it not always exactly how arrangements are going to look and I understand that substitutions need to be made but what was made is incredibly sloppy and does not come close to what is pictured. The hydrangea is supposed to be the focal point of this arrangement but it shoved down in the middle where you can't even see it. Also purple iris is in there and I’m not sure why. I ordered the arrangement over 2 weeks in advance so there should not be any reason for substitutions to be honest. The arrangement looks very sloppy and rushed. I paid a lot of money for this and what was delivered was not acceptable. I have tried to reach out the shop via email and phone about it and still haven't heard back. See the pictures below of what I ordered and what was delivered. Very disappointing.
