It's funny because so many people comment the same poor feedback and Modani claims to take steps towards handling their ops better. We have paid full amount for furniture several weeks ago and not only did our sales rep forget to even put the order in until we had called to ask about the status of the order. After ordering, Modani themselves have NO idea how to contact their own "third party" delivery company that handles the delivery of our purchased goods. Everyday I am calling to see the status of where our furniture is because we are currently sleeping on the floor still and they don't even have the decency to follow up with US as their paying customers even to say there is no update. We have to keep chasing them down for absolutely no answers because they don't even have a clue! Go figure :) 0 customer success 0 customer support. ————————— Correction. Modani isnt the issue. Atlanta Buckhead is the worst service and branch to exist. They both messed up the order and barely lift a finger to help with anything or find ANY andswers, meanwhile Amy from the Houston branch is one of the sweetest and most helpful who went out of her way to give us answers when she shouldn’t even have had to.

Very bad very bad service this 3rd time I buy stuff for her fired two times it was very good service but last time it’s very very very bed service I will never buy anything again I am will all my family’s and friends don’t buying anything for, I am ordered and paying full amount after one month waiting for my order called them 5 times no one take care they promised calls back they never did and called him after saying your order was cancelled ok who cancelled my order they said we don’t know who did that when asking to speak with the Manager his not her today, zero zero zero and bed service at all.
