This was my first time ever really doing anything like this. 10/10. Very sweet and welcoming nobody judging. Everyone is just doing their own thing which i love. As a person who cannot sit still it was fairly hard but the more into the session, the more calm i felt. I would recommend going. For really anyone but for the experience, I would 100% go again.
Very open and welcoming community! I started going as a pretty new meditator, and felt at home quite quickly. I love that people are welcome to meditate however works best (sitting, lying down, etc.). Highly recommend.
