I had initially bought a 10 class pack for the hubby as a gift and he convinced me to take a class with him once a week. Well, now I'm hooked and take multiple classes a week, with or without him. All of the coaches are amazing humans and my fellow FLY'ers are always so kind and supportive. It truly has become one of my favorite Denver communities. Even my 6-yr-old has caught the FLY bug and takes the Tuesday kid class. He LOVES coach Jamaica and coach Dillon!

FlyKickbox is my happy place. It’s where I come to release and reset. Boxing here isn’t just a workout—it’s a lifeline. The energy, the community, the feeling after every class—it keeps me going. Grateful beyond words.

So I walked past this place while in the Stanley Market on a random day, Loved what I saw but was scared, I literally visited the site soo many times before finally making the decision, besides $25 for two classes WHY NOT, and if I really chickened out it wasn’t going to be a big financial loss, I went to my first class this past weekend and ITS WORTH THE TIME AND THE FEW BUCKS, I had fun, I didn’t feel like I stuck out like a sore thumb although I kept taking breaks lol but the instructor was AMAZING and helpful and everyone in the class went at their own pace, It was a safe and friendly environment and this is something I really enjoyed and will return again, and again!
