Clean clean clean place and we were impressed with the variety of activities (foam pits, climbing walls, and "Dodgeball" courts). High prices definitely... also need to mention safty guidelines..
We've held my daughters birthday party at the flying squirrel for the last 3 years and truthfully we've never been treated with more kindness, care, consideration and just outright amazing service. This is directly related to our hostess Izabella. She is truly unique in her job and has quite literally become like just another family member who we need to be a part of lol. She is fantastic. We can't explain the lengths she has gone through to make sure our daughter zayla has the absolute best time and to make her feel special on these days. We are eternally greatful for her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great family environment and do not hesitate to ask for Izabella, I guarantee you will be as happy as we are. She's just outright awesome!!
Been coming here for years for bday parties mostly. We had a few of our kids bdays here and the prices are very good compared to other similar places. They have a new attraction here that replaced the inflatable jumpy thing but now there is no more height requirement. Good job guys keep it up
We visited Flying Squirrel 🐿️ in Whitby and had an amazing time overall! Perfect place for kids to burn energy and enjoy lots of fun activities. 💯 ✨ Highlights: - Great spot for toddlers and kids 👶🧒 Lots of trampoline areas and safe play zones 🤸♂️ - Fun weekend or evening workout for little ones 🏃♀️ - Good option for family time 👨👩👧 - Staff is friendly and helpful 🙌 🍕 Area to Improve: The food court definitely needs improvement. It feels like they mostly focus on birthday parties 🎉 rather than individual walk-in customers. We wanted to order pizza, but since a party was coming up, they said it wasn’t available for us. This was disappointing, especially since we had a guest with us who ended up just having chips & cold drinks 🥤🍟. That experience left a bit of a negative impression, so I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. 👉 Overall: Fantastic place for kids’ activities, but food service should be more customer-friendly. Would still recommend for playtime fun! 👏
This is a great spot for kids to play and have fun. The staff are attentive, constantly engaging with and supervising the children to ensure their safety, which is very reassuring for parents. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a cheerful atmosphere. The only downside is that the seating area tends to be quite busy, making it difficult to find a spot to sit. A helpful suggestion would be to allow parents to bring their own folding chairs for added convenience.
