I had an issue when I visited Footasylum, but Ayesha was absolutely amazing and turned the whole experience around. She took the time to really listen, understood the problem straight away, and sorted it out quickly and professionally. Her customer service was friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference. You can tell she really cares about helping customers. Big thanks to Ayesha for making it such a positive experience!

She mislead us into buying an item and straight away less than a minute later we asked for refund but they didn't give.

Came here to get some new trainers, couldn’t decide on which ones I wanted, a lovely assistant Chloe asked if was okay, and she helped me choose a pair. She took the time to listen to the style I wanted for comfort & on how well they lasted. Considering I was really indecisive on what I wanted, she was very polite & patient. Thank you again Chloe for your help.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received over the phone in my life. You can even check my review history – you’ll see that I have never, ever given a bad review to any shop in England. This is the very first time. Because honestly, this was terrible, such a rubbish experience. I would not recommend it to anyone. That’s exactly why some people simply don’t move forward in life. It was through a phone call. The attendant today ser , on 15/set, at 15:18.
