I went to Foothill Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine because I was having spine pain and my Dr said PT would help after my surgery. They were incredible to work with. Russell set up a program for me and I began feeling so much better. The staff is outstanding. Very attentive and knowledgeable. This is the best PT place Ive ever been to. I highly recommend going here for your PT.

Please ensure that your sessions are scheduled with licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) professionals like Ms. Brook and her team, rather than with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) such as Ms. Lauren. My experiences at this location have been mixed—while I’ve encountered some truly excellent professionals like Ms. Brook, I’ve also had disappointing sessions that I feel compelled to share to help others make informed decisions. It’s important to be mindful of who is assigned to your care. Unless you specifically request a qualified DPT or PTA, the clinic’s scheduling system (or management) may place you with less experienced staff. No offense intended, but in my experience, Ms. Lauren did not demonstrate the level of care or physical capability required for effective treatment, especially in techniques involving massage, pressure, or manual manipulation. Whether due to lack of strength or motivation, the quality of care was noticeably lacking. I want to give a sincere shout-out to Ms. Brook and her team for their professionalism and dedication. However, due to ongoing issues with the clinic’s scheduling practices and overall system, I’ve decided not to continue my sessions there.

I came to Foothills via recommendation of the foot surgeon to recover from foot reconstruction surgery. From my first visit, ALL of the staff was welcoming, and the clinic was clean and modern. My therapist, Vince, was incredibly knowledgeable, using a mix of manual therapy and strengthening exercises tailored to my needs. He answered any questions I had through the long recovery. Vince made my recovery easier and helped me through the hardest surgery I’ve ever had to go through. KC was awesome and great to work with as well, he was always in a good mood that rubbed off on me in the hardest days. After 10 months and 2 surgeries later, my feet improved by 80%, and I’m almost back to normal. Recovery time is my biggest setback due to the extent of the surgery. Booking appointments was easy, but dealing with insurance was a pain but they took care of everything. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Overall, I’d highly recommend Foothills Physical Therapy to anyone needing personalized, effective care. P.S. Having the “joke of the day” was always something I looked forward to each visit!

I was able to work with Russell after I tore my pec and had a major surgery. Russell's manual therapy, support, and guidance had a significant positive impact on my first 12 weeks post op. Now, one year later, I am back to full strength and grateful to Russell and the Foothills team for all their work.

I've had a number of experiences and treatments at Foothills and it remains one of the very best of professionals in Physical Therapy. The whole team is a joy to work with. From Russell, and Garrett, to Brooke, Hannah, Sammy and the whole team. A shout out to the ladies on reception who handle the scheduling and appointments. They are awesome. Your program is very individual and dependent upon how you progress. I never felt any pressure to extend myself, but very much appreciate their cheerleading and pressing when necessary to see real improvements. I was almost sad to complete my program and graduate from weeks of recovery after a total knee replacement. I'll miss my regular visits. Keep up the fantastic work guys. Highly recommend contacting the Foothills Team. You will not be disappointed. John Carroll
