I’ve been going to John Allen’s for almost a year now, and honestly — it’s been life changing! I love this place so much that I even got my mom and my nephew to join too. For years I was always busy — running a business, raising my kid — and never really took time for myself. I was out of shape and had low energy. But John Allen’s changed that completely. The coaches are real pros, super encouraging, and they know exactly how to push you just the right amount. It’s the best investment I’ve made for myself in a long time. Highly recommend!

I have been training with John Allen and his amazing personal trainers for over 5 yrs now and they are the best! Their new facility and location are wonderful and they have all the best equipment to get me warmed up, keep my heart rate elevated and work all my muscle groups. The trainers are knowledgeable, listen to me and my issues and make sure I get the best workouts, personalized just for me! So if you're looking for personal training, I recommend you give John Allen and his team a try, you'll love the results!!

My wife has been a client of the John Allen's Personal Fitness Training Facility for about three years now. Prior to moving to AZ, she had always had a personal trainer, either at home, or at a training facility. She has been "more than delighted" with her experience with John Allen and his trainers. The gym is exceptionally clean, has state-of-the-art equipment, and an atmosphere of friendliness which is almost like family. She trains three days a week and always knows with each training session that she will be pushed and encouraged to reach her goals each time. She never hesitates to Highly Recommend John Allen and his Personal Fitness Facility to everyone.
