Fast but efficient services. I have seen 2 different doctors here with 2 separate nurses and all of them have been wonderful to work with. They are friendly and listen to any concerns and questions you have.

This is truly one of the best dermatology offices in the area. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience is seamless and welcoming. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and make you feel comfortable right away, which sets the tone for the visit. The physician is exceptional—knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed, and all of my questions and concerns are addressed with genuine care and professionalism. It’s clear that patient care is their top priority. What really sets this office apart is the consistency across the entire team. Everyone is attentive, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care. Whether it’s a routine visit or addressing a specific concern, you can trust that you’re in great hands. They truly set the standard for what a dermatology practice should be. I did an initial patient consultation here and did a self-pay. I paid $175 at the time of the visit then about a month later received a statement for another $150. I called the billing office and they confirmed that an initial consultation was around $400, which was not explained at any time during the booking process. I was only told of the $175 due at time of service. All of that may have been somewhat tolerable if the service had been exceptional. However, all this involved was a practitioner talking to me for about 15 minutes, giving a cursory glance at my areas of concern, and then saying she was going to prescribe a couple of things (which were never received by my pharmacy nor was I notified there was an issue), and her being completely dismissive of one of the issues I was asking to be seen for. No tests, no deeper examination of the areas other than what she could see with her naked eyes, no questions to ensure I didn't have any underlying health issues that would create complications with the medications or if they would actually address the underlying issues and despite my having indicated a few things in my medical history on my intake form that could be exacerbated by the medications she prescribed. Absolutely underwhelming and substandard experience, especially given the cost. Definitely will not be going back. Edit in response: There were four touchpoints in this process between scheduling, check-in, consultation, and follow-up. This business fumbled all of them. So no, clearly you don't take accountability or your service experience seriously or you wouldn't have systemic failures and need to rely on such opaque pricing structures. There is no service recovery option for a $400 initial consultation office visit that was not disclosed as such until after the fact.
