We had a big project consuming about 1 month. The old roof was entirely removed including vents, flashing, everything. It was replaced with mostly shakes and some parts had standing seem metal roofing. From beginning to end the people we worked with were very professional, those in the office and those in the field. Before they quoted they did a very comprehensive evaluation with one of their field experts. The worked with us to understand our needs and offered a variety of alternatives. Costs were as quoted. Logistics were communicated and managed very well. The site supervisor was very knowledgable. The on-site crew was polite, worked efficiently, they did not rush and certainly were not slow. They left the site clean every day. They pointed out details included to improve how water was shed, not present on the old roof. This crew genuinely cared about their workmanship and work product. We were very pleased with the outcome! We did not expect this level of service and care out of a roofing company after the stories we heard for others. Well done!

Tynan the project manager was a professional with knowledge and expertise that gave me confidence. I had three other bids, non came close to thoroughness, avoiding change orders that can be a pain. Highly recommend Formula Roofing!!

From the initial inspection to the report to the help finding financing and execution this was an amazing job. I couldn’t be more impressed with Sam and his team. They got it done so fast and such great quality work. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof.

I recently had my roof replaced by Formula Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Josh, the project manager, was outstanding. His communication throughout the project was excellent, he kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions quickly, and made sure I understood the timeline and next steps. The crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and did high-quality work. They completed the job on schedule, and the final result looks great. What really stood out to me was how seamless everything felt. Replacing a roof can be stressful, but Josh and the Formula team made it a smooth and straightforward experience. I would highly recommend Formula Roofing. Miles and John were thorough from the start. We were in the process of buying a home and had John out to assess the roof. John actually climbed on the roof and removed several tiles to see the condition under what was visible and wrote a detailed report. We are grateful he did that because we discovered the roof was at the end of its life. We had been told it was in great shape and thanks to Formula we uncovered the reality. As a result we were able to get support to replace the roof which we of course did with Formula. Let me tell you, Formula is a well oiled machine. We placed our order and work was started right away. Miles communicated regularly and his team showed up when they said they would. They took care of our property along the way, safeguarding our driveway from the dumpster etc.. Being in the mountains we had some challenges but they were unfazed. I would highly recommend Formula to anyone looking for a roof replacement and would happily be a referral for their future potential business.
