The representative couldn't have been more respectful or communicative; putting me at ease about the process! I sincerely appreciated the updates. The new Roof was installed in one day! My concerns about the care for the solar lights was taken seriously, and extra steps were taken to ensure no damage. The Inspection today was approved! The price came in under what was budgeted! Thank you!!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end!!! I called Greg needing help to get a roof done in a tight time frame and within 30 minutes he had his son Brendan on site to assess the roof before the expected snow storm arrived. This company reflects the quality of the human beings of New Roof Plus, starting from top down with Greg, Stephan, Dawn, Brendan, and the efficient hardworking team that came early and completed removal of a swamp cooler, antenna, a couple of dishes, replacement of roof pipes, and the entire roofing job in one day(and that included all the cleanup and removal!). Their sincere desire to give you the best experience possible at a very competitive cost, is apparent in how they serve others with care, integrity, transparency, responsiveness to questions and concerns, and going above and beyond to ensure the quality of the job has met the customer's satisfaction. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Please give them call because I promise you'll be thankful you did!

Greg Jones is great to work with, he is very king and transparent when deciding what is needed for our roof service.
