My daughter has been studying at Forte for a number of years. The staff are all very approachable and helpful in any personal goals a student might have and seem to go above and beyond in their efforts to help. The school is located very centrally at Danescourt with adequate parking so attending class is very straightforward. One of the pluses at Forte for us is being part of a school teaching a whole range of instruments rather than one teacher teaching one instrument. It makes for a more exciting atmosphere where students have the opportunity to feel part of a wider musical experience. The school also offers a festival every year where students can showcase their new found skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the school to anyone looking for first class musical tuition.

Whilst the teachers in this school are friendly and good at what they do, I’m extremely disappointed by their lack of flexibility and customer service. During a cost of living crises, businesses should be more open to exercising their discretion in favour of customers for refunds and lesson cancellations especially when it is at no loss to them.
