OK, here’s the deal. I made an appointment with Foss In Kent, but I accidentally went to the location in South center to drop off my vehicle for tint. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation, which made sense since I was at the wrong location. What surprise me is how they handled the situation. They were incredibly kind and forgiving, and let me know that it wasn’t a big deal that they would get my car done right away. My windows turned out great, and I am extremely happy with their service. The extra steps they took to help me out and get the job done really stand out and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Man these guys are professionals! Big shout out to Joe and the team who worked on my Mercedes this summer - they replaced some shotty speakers, installed subs and tuned my car! The customer service was great and they really helped me out. Very happy with the results and experience.

Just started working with Joe, but he obviously knows his stuff! Game recognizes Game! I’m a DIY novice audiophile. Scott is a WIZARD 🧙 professional! Got my pc tuning DIALED IN! Casey, Mario TOO! can’t wait to get my tint done ✅. Great work and HONEST people. 10/10 recommend for MOBILE audio. Getting the 2 front doors tinted ASAP! Single dad life makes scheduling DIFFICULT, but FAST and PROFESSIONAL staff! Just swung by with a small issue, guess who had the right and left channels crossed 🙋🏻‍♂️🤣. Can’t recommend this place more ‼️🔊🔊. Everything is tied into the navigation, back up camera, steering wheel control system and TWO ALARMS.

Joe and Alex at Foss Audio & Tint Tukwila are absolute wizards! I went in convinced my front passenger speaker was blown and that my sound quality was shot after a head unit install. I was fully prepared to go broke for some quality tunes. Instead of just taking my money, they took the time to listen and diagnose the actual problem. Alex quickly figured out that there was nothing wrong with my speakers at all—it was just a little rattle in the door. He then worked his magic on the head unit's settings, and the sound quality went from terrible to fantastic in minutes. These guys could have easily sold me a brand-new speaker system, but they didn't. They saved me over $1,000 with a quick fix and a few adjustments. This level of honesty and customer dedication is exactly why their business is growing and expanding! They don't just sell parts; they solve problems and uphold the highest moral standards! I'll be telling everyone I know to go see them. A big mahalo to Joe and Alex—you guys are the real MVPs! 5 out of 5 stars, without a doubt!!
