Amazing service! Were able to fix my a9-djm mixer that was damaged very quickly! Only place around that was able to do it. Definitely know what they’re doing. Will be recommending them to all my other DJ buddies in Seattle

this business is a big rip-off! we were charged for two house visits and the guy was barely here for 1 hour. and he didn't fix the problem!

Amazing service! I play a Roland synthesizer and needed a quick repair before a show this weekend. I found Alpine Electronics through the Roland website as an authorized repair center for Roland and Boss products. Hossein was exceptionally considerate of my time restraint. He quickly addressed the root of the issue, and had it repaired over night, with an honest diagnosis and a fair price.. He also showed sincere interest in my synth and even had me show him how it was played. A very pleasant interaction! I’m so grateful to have a functioning synthesizer for my show tomorrow and can’t recommend Alpine Electronics highly enough, for Roland or Boss repairs and overall great service. Thank you!

We got introduced to Alpine through a service call through LG. Our TV panel that was less that three months old was defective, and we got routed to Alpine through LG to fix the defective panel. I was called in short order and told they had availablility the same week - actually within the next several days - but we were out of town. They accommodated us, and scheduled the day around our schedule. Today, I was texted that they had a cancellation and could come a little sooner. We were thrilled. Who hates a service call that is weeks out?? I was told Alexis would show up in the next hour, and he arrived on time, put shoe covers on (we told him it was unnecessary) and evaluated the TV. He took it down from the mount, removed the panel, and went to his vehicle to get the replacement. I did help a little bit but he says he does this solo most of the time. How you can lift a 65" TV from the wall all on your own is beyond me, so I was happy to help!! In any case, he quickly dissembled the TV, replaced the panel, and got the TV working again on the first try. Our panel is back to working condition, and we couldn't be happier! But... what's most important is that Alexis answered all my questions - I'm curious by nature, and Alexis was knowledgable and I learned a lot about the internals of the TV. He also was very relatable and told my wife and I stories about his life that related to ours. Truly a great guy and would trust him again in our house 1000%. We will call Alexis and Alpine for all our future appliance repair needs!

Had an amazing experience with Alpine replacing the panel under warranty for my LG G3. To my surprise Hossain was able to quickly send someone to JBLM which is around an hour drive. The technician Eduardo was patient with my questions and concerns. The following day I noticed the panel LG sent had bad vertical banding. They are already trying to come and honor they're return window. These people are doing awesome work!
