Lisa is an amazing Yoga instructor! She takes her time being very intentional with her class. You can feel her passion for her yoga practice. She also helps students feel comfortable while also focusing on their own practice. I appreciated that anytime a student needed help she was very present! The gym and studio where yoga class is held was also super nice!
Lisa is honestly one of the best yoga instructors out there! Her classes are structured, focused on proper form, and create a welcoming community feel. Her classes made me fall in love with yoga. You can see real progress in strength and flexibility week after week. Yoga has even helped with my strength training, a bonus I didn’t see coming. Highly recommend her classes!
I attend these yoga classes regularly, and it truly feels like such a community-based space where everyone is encouraged to grow and feel fully supported. Lisa does an incredible job making sure her classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of experience level. She’s very attentive to form and always helps prevent injury by giving thoughtful adjustments and guidance. Lisa is hands down the best yoga instructor every class leaves me feeling grounded, strong, and inspired.
I have fallen in love with going to Yoga since attending these classes. Each one builds through out the week, which allows to not only get different workouts, but focus on different attributes. I love Lisa!! She is not only an amazing yoga instructor, but also an amazing person. She is so attentive and helps each person. If you want an intense workout I recommend Kay’s class. She personality and motivated spirt keeps you going when you feel like you’re dying lol. Cheryl is a great if you want to do a slow/beginner flow. Her class is on Mondays.
