I enjoyed the rope Yoga, which was my first experience with that yoga discipline. I also appreciated the personalized attention for alignment and injuries she gave to all the different students throughout the class, without really slowing down the pace of the class.

This review is quite late! I purchased a special pass offered in the summer that allowed me to take many classes throughout that time period. I attended several classes and quite enjoyed this approach to yoga. Props and blankets provided- I don't recall about the mats as I always have mine in my trunk. My favorite classes were the ones taught by Mary. She is quite involved and will walk around offering specific guidance which I very much appreciated as I do not experience that often/consistently in other yoga classes (which I attend regularly and have for a few years now). I was even told I could bring my son (who is well behaved and entertained by a device); always great news for a single mom to hear! It is difficult to find a yoga studio that will allow you to bring a child. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to visit again with such a busy schedule and limited weekend options. My son's soccer schedule makes it a challenge- but I will be back again when I can make it work! I even attended an amazing sound bath there too. Visit Yoga Kurunta and you won't regret it!

This is an amazing Yoga studio that offers rope yoga. If you haven't ever done rope yoga before; I recommend you give this studio a shot. I have regularly attending for about 3 months now and find that I am able to get significantly deeper stretches with the ropes and props provided that I would otherwise. It has been a great complement to my workout routine.
