Absolutely the best salon experience I’ve had in London. From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine passion they have for what they do truly sets this place apart. I felt listened to, relaxed, and completely looked after throughout my visit. Molly at Four London was absolutely amazing. She took such great care washing and blow-drying my hair, and the results were beautiful – smooth, bouncy, and styled perfectly. The whole experience felt relaxing and professional, and Molly was so warm and attentive throughout. I left feeling confident and really happy with my hair. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to look after your hair!

Tom was meticulous, efficient, and I appreciated that he offered considered advice rather than simply following instructions. He took my hair type, age, and low-maintenance style into account to create a look that falls beautifully and is more mature. He gave me fine voluminous layers that still look lovely the next day. The conversation was easy and meaningful, and the assisting staff were lovely and attentive. I personally prefer an image to match the review, so the trench coat photo is before leaving the salon, and the other is the following day (even after heavy wind).
