The gate to my back fence is messed up after the technician came. The gate pulls open easily with the latch. I don’t even know how he got it like this. Or why you wouldn’t say something considering this isn’t how you found it.

Fox tried to scam me out of $1500. I was a Fox customer for years. I left a year and a half ago for another company because of Fox's terrible billing practices. They kept raising the cost of my service every few months without warning or explanation. I came back to Fox in March based on their promise that they are now more transparent and would lock in my pricing for a couple of years. Fast forward to last week when they sent someone out the do a "complimentary termite inspection". This guy comes out and lies to me about a termite infestation and pressures me to sign an agreement for Sentricon to get rid of it. Something didn't seem right after this interaction. I went and got a second opinion and found out I was lied to. I doubt this was negligence because Fox employees tend to be very knowledgeable on the subject of pests. This was clearly an attempt at my wallet. After explaining what went down, they cancelled the agreement but didn't offer souch as an apology for what they just pulled and I'm sure this guy will continue to try to scam customers out of their money. I'm done with Fox. Use caution if considering this company. They clearly can't be trusted.

I have been with Fox for over a year now and I know I can count on them to come out whenever I need them to. The regularly scheduled maintenance is great and keeps the population out in the yard low. I really enjoyed the last technician that came out, he was very kind, listened to what I had to say and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciated Johnnie!

Arion Hall came out today and braved a massive hornets nest that was hidden in a bush next to my front door the same day it was found. He worked late and the company dispatched him knowing it was an emergency. I was thrilled this was part of my service plan, and that they didn't attempt to tack on an additional charge. More importantly is that Arion has made a good effort to develop a personal rapport with me as a client so when I realized he was the one looking after this issue for me today I already felt a lot better before he even got here. He exhibited some real courage, grit, and fortitude going toe to toe with those things as they swarmed him. They sprayed him with alarm pheromones and came at him full force. After a few minutes he handled the nest and wiped out most the colony. Only a few stragglers remained, and I should be in a good position to cut down and remove the bush soon. I am so grateful of his willingness to do this job for our community every day. Thank you FPC, but more importantly thank you Arion! He is an example of why I keep using your company.
