I had a great experience here! I came in with Achilles tendinitis, and Sophia, my physical therapist, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She gave me effective exercises to target the area and helped me get rid of the pain within three months. I’m really grateful for her help!
Dr Sara was a life savor! I started seeing her 5 weeks post partum and she helped me heal my bladder prolapse with such care and professional expertise. I don’t know what I would have done without her! Couldn’t recommend her more. I will definitely be back next time I get pregnant to prevent any additional issues
Sophia and the team at Fox are really incredible. I was struggling with pain and immobility following a knee injury, but with Sophia’s care and guidance, I’ve been able to make significant strides in my recovery quickly. The team created a great environment for PT, and I highly recommend to anyone in need.
This place is epic. I tore my ACL and Meniscus which are pretty brutal injuries and Sophia worked with me diligently and carefully to help me get to a place where I could walk up and downstairs/to work again within a week. I am also a surfer/martial artist and we worked on targeted exercises to help me get back to the things I like to do. As I am unable to have surgery for a while, we worked on strengthening and building up muscle to support my leg strength and I am very happy to say I can surf and exercise again which really has improved my quality of life. Thanks so much guys can’t recommend this place enough!!!!
