It’s harder and harder to find nanny cams because of the tariffs. This place has tons of them and I purchased one to protect my kids. It turns out I didn’t needed to worry but knowing brought me a great sense of security. Great customer service, he taught me how to use it and it was very easy to set up.
Be careful when buying anything from this place , if it ends up not functioning they won’t give you your money back . In my case I bought an adapter for a security camera it ended up not fitting and they wouldn’t refund me
I visited this store today for the first time. I purchased a Checkmate Infidelity Test Kit. I got home, and then I noticed the kit had an expiration date of 01/2021! Today is 03/15/2023. $57.00 down the drain. No returns no exchanges, all sales final.
I will never forget the help and support I received at Fox's Spy Outlet. Coming in with no prior knowledge or experience with security equipment, I am fortunate and grateful Scott was not only fully knowledgeable but his expertise and compassion guided me easily and comfortably through the process of choosing the product best fitted for my needs. He was patient and enthusiastic to help me. I knew he cared about finding the right product for me, which was ultimately finding and rebuilding security in my current living situation. Scott's approach with a preliminary set of questions opened the door to full proper customer service and support. He is more than willing, and rather compassionate about his work, the product, and helping people regain the security that's been compromised in their life. He ran me through the entire process, explaining terms and troubleshooting potential problems along the way, and demonstrated product functionality with instore set-ups. I am not experienced with these things, but Scott and Fox's Spy Outlet cultivated my new interest in such. They have a great selection of gadgets, for everyone. I am glad I went to Fox's and not a corporate retailer where I would be up-sold a box of extra, unnecessary features by a salesman whose product knowledge extends to the basic product description on the box. Fox's will fine tune what you're looking for, and not sell you a run of the mill product. You'll get what you're looking for, and what you need, and Fox's.
Beware of this store! I spent $175.00 on pepper spray and 2 candle safes. I got home opened one of the candles and the bottom of the candle crumbled. I tried to return both candles 8 days later with receipt in hand. They refused to refund me. Only offering me a new one of these garbage candles. This store is a RIP OFF!
