They are friendly and know exactly what they were doing. I have a custom built PC that I have been having issues with and they solved the problem right away. As soon as I dropped it off for a diagnosis I knew it was in good hands and I was right. They got the pc back to me within 2 days. If I ever have a problem with my PC again im definitely bringing it here again.

Came here to have my broken hard drive saved...had a lot of data that I wanted to access again and the hard drive would no longer connect to my devices. They took the hard drive and saved all the data and transferred it onto a newer top of the line hard drive with a lot more space as well. I found the price reasonable. The people were friendly. And I enjoyed the updates over the course of a couple days. I would do business with them again!

Don't ever let them put one drive on your computer because they don't know what they're doing with OneDrive. They jacked my computer up so bad it's taking me weeks to get it sorted out.

If you're having tech issues, this is the place. I spilled liquid all over my beloved, ancient Macbook, and while they couldn't resurrect it, they ported EVERYTHING over to a nicely refurbished, slightly newer Mac. The total cost was terrific and WAY less than I reasonably expected, the communication stellar, and the work top notch. Special respect to tech Michael: knowledgable, down to earth, and very helpful. Plus they're open 7 days which is so important to those of us with busy workdays. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I told them I would write a PHAT review for them since they helped me out so much! I built my own workstation, and over the past couple months it started crashing. After swapping out nearly everything over the course of 8 months to try to fix the issue (cpu, ram, etc) I was stuck in a dead end. Turns out, Tech2U does FREE DIAGNOSTIC! I took my pc in, they said it'd be a couple days and it should be ready by Monday. Monday rolls around, and it's ready! They found the issue was the OS hard drive being old and needing to be replaced. I chose to take my computer home after the diagnostic to fix it, but I could not have done it without them. They were on time, told me exactly what I needed to know, and told me what the fixes were over the phone. THAT is great service. Shoutout to Alex (I think that was his name) for some grade A service. Bro deserves a raise for being able to figure this out!
