This is one of the best spot so far. Pizza was Amaizing the sourdough bread was 10 out of 10, the staff was lovely and welcoming and really well knowledgeable about the dishes and menu. The atmosphere was really nice. Vegan option available and was amazing the have a special vegan pizza that was gorgeous. My friends confirmed their choices were good too. This is so far one on the best pizza’s eaten in Manchester (we are Italian 😅 so take this compliment). The wine was good too. The prices were cheap and we are in the heart of the city with high quality food!!!!!! Please go here you will not regretted , this is absolutely 💯. Thank you I am definitely coming back😊

Nice restaurant. Very clean. Pizza was decent. I would have preferred it to be cooked for a little longer as I prefer abit more crisp. But the dough was still very good quality. I'm sure they would have cooked it abit longer if I asked. The spicey salami is packed full of flavour, goes really nice with the caramelised onions. The Margherita not as exciting, the tomato sauce is really fresh, more of a fresh raw tomato flavour though. Over all enjoyed it.

My gf got the margarita and I got the chorizo, both pizzas were amazing by far the best I've had in a long time and I only recently spent 10 days touring Italy. The chef also brought us his own recipe tiramisu which superb. Would definitely recommend and come again. 🍕

We stopped by Franco Manca in Piccadilly and were blown away by their sourdough pizza! We tried the Margherita pizza and the garlic bread with a light tomato base, both were absolutely delicious. The star of the show is definitely their sourdough crust. It was soft, airy, and full of flavor with just the right amount of chew. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. A must visit spot if you’re in the area and love great pizza!

We had a wonderful time at Franco Manca. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for enjoying pizza with friends and family. The sourdough pizzas were cooked to perfection, the desserts were a great finish, and everything from start to finish was just right. Highly recommended!
