Had a membership mostly for the pool and didnt use it. Then I learned there is Acqua fitness classes. Joining these means I now attend as there is a structure. This gave me the enthusiasm and routine I needed to book and do lap swimming. Now I alternate swimming laps with the classes and I am feeling so much better mentally and physically. I have paid for some one to one personal training so that I can learn how to use the gym equipment correctly and the trainer understood my physical limitations and took that into account. It's a very relaxed place where people, staff and customers are friendly and not overbearing .

Freedom Fitness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 235 Flinders St, Adelaide SA 5000 I recently spoke with a lovely staff member named Zena, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her incredible understanding and support. My son has severe autism and requires two support workers, and he doesn’t cope well with loud or busy environments. Zena was so patient, kind, and genuinely caring while helping me find the right time and space for him. The biggest bonus is that no children are allowed, which is absolutely fantastic for us and makes life so much easier. The whole team at Freedom Fitness has been friendly, welcoming, and professional. It’s such a relief to find a place that truly listens and accommodates individual needs with compassion. Well done, Freedom Fitness! And a huge thank you to Zena — you are beautiful, and your kindness means so much to us. Thank you, Lily 💙

Without my authorisation, they deducted 252 dollars from my bank account on multiple occasions. When I discovered this and requested a refund, they made every excuse to avoid it. Please do not use this fraudulent institution.
