I always wait for my account to post the actual amount charged so yes I was charged $50 for a $7 car wash. Do not use! These machines are outdated and will take your money. I got charged $50 for a $7 self-serve wash. I always double check and ensure that the machine stopped counting after I push the red stop button as well as turning the knob to the “stop” position. Somehow my card info remained in the system racking up $50. Also, these credit card readers are outdated and do not accept every kind of card as pictured. They also cannot process the new metallic credit cards. I will not be coming back here.

Absolutely NOT $24.00 And this was the second time going through and the attendant even rinse my car off in the self wash. This car wash needs some serious maintenance. Literally going to have to take my car somewhere else and spend another $25 to get it. Clean is ridiculous.

Great place to wash your car but set up to scam you if you're not paying attention. Must hit the STOP button or they'll charge you $50. Nobody spends $50 there unless you're washing a couple of Elephants....and they have to know this. Called them and asked them if they would view they're cameras to verify I was only there enough time to use just over $20 so I could get refunded. No sympathy. They don't care so they suck profusely. Update: Was a 1 star..... I changed to 4. After a call to the office and some time, they refunded my money. Kudos to Freedom Wash! Sorry for being impatient and bitter. Washed my car there this evening and made sure I hit the STOP button this time!! Haha. Thanks again!

Went through the automatic wash. My car was still very dirty when it came out. The back was barely washed and there was still visible dirt in the sides of my car. Don’t waste your money on this, use the do it yourself station instead. Vacuums appeared to be extra as well.

First time there. I got a free wash after an oil change at Jiffy Lube. The attendant was so kind and helpful. I like with a wash you can get a token to vacuum vehicle.
