Went to automatic car wash. Paid and coins falling out.. yelled at a guy there and he was so rude. Said he was the GM and I told him if I didn't say anything I could of had all the coins. And he said only take one.. never again. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Luckily I was being nice by telling him. I could of had at least 60 dollars of free vacuuming.. Owner should teach his workers, without customers they don't have a job

UPDATE as of 24 Apr 2026/ ZERO STAFF ONSITE and it is 10:42 on a Friday morning. Coin exchange gladly takes your dollar bills but the self service bays DO NOT a cept the coins. The reply from my previous veview is under the false pretense their employees are actually here. Myself and two other customers were sucked into the same situation and all have 5 useless coin/tokens. Called the help line told me the automatic service took tokens, but needed another $30.00 worth, only wanted to rinse the vehicle. So Rinse Repeat the remainder of my previous reviews, AVOID THIS LOCATION. So went back and nothing has changed. Went to three different stalls (first 2 did not work) and the 3rd had very little water pressure...but my money was already wasted by this point. Additionally there was so much trash/food all over the stall areas (do you still do maintenance? The 3rd wand was leaking water all over the hand portion of the sprayer. Based on. The previous reply, I see this as a standard response...NOTHING has changed. DO NOT USE this location, waste of your money. Will use another business or leave truck dirty before I go here again.

Tried to get a wash with the automatic... no signs... computer was active... took my money... machine didn't move... no one was onsite to remedy the issue... or code wasn't active... so im SOL... dont go here they steal your money.
