I always come to Freeman’s and this is why. They do an amazing job of speakers, tint, and any other auto needs you have. They give accurate quotes and listen to what you want and not to oversell you. They are kind and courteous. Will recommend them for everything.
I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. One thing I want to share that I didn't even know they did was home/commercial A/V installs in addition to vehicle work. Additionally, they also do boat installs. While this isn't to take away from anyone else, Travis is absolutely amazing at boat/vehicle installs.He's very smart at what he's doing, will tell you (or tells me anyways) if something is going to be a waste of improvement, etc. He's worked on my boat and several vehicles. We've done several simple setups meaning just a sub and box to him doing custom box mold installs to fit subs clean and out of the way in some of my vehicles so that it looks stock. Travis also updated my radar detector firmware on his own without me even asking. On the residential/commercial A/V side - I had no idea they even did this until a friend gave me Matt's contact and it's one of the best recommendations I've ever been given. Matt is just an incredibly knowledgeable and nice guy. It's not often you come across people like these guys these days. Normally people oversell and under deliver and these guys are the complete opposite. Matt did a big audio setup in my gym. These guys are simply rare gems and I hope they know how great they are. You can tell the way they do the work they do is in their character and not just something they try to get done
Absolutely amazing experience! I recently picked up a 20-year-old car and needed new speakers. John Williams greeted me right away and asked how he could help. After I explained what I was looking for, he recommended the right replacement speakers and made sure to let me know that minor modifications might be required during installation. The speakers are now installed and sound great. The only thing I would have done differently is having their team install them. Even though I’m not local and was just visiting my parents for the holiday, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their audio system. This is an awesome store for all you car electronic needs. I was looking to add CarPlay to my 2014 Audi. John was very helpful in helping me find the right product. Once ordered he called an scheduled the install. He took me through the whole system and answered my questions. A couple days after the install I was having some issues with connectivity, he got me in right away and worked with the technician to get my issue resolved. Very happy with John and my experience with Ftreeman’s, highly recommend this company.
I've been a customer of Freeman's Carpet Stereo in Cornelius for almost a decade and these guys are the best! Super knowledgeable about the gear and vehicles(marine, ATVs, home theater) they work with. I can't compliment the staff enough. As a DIY guy, they helped me select the best gear in MY budget and openly shared any knowledge needed on how to install it myself. They only sell reputable brands that can satisfy any budget. From JL Audio and Focal to Sony and Pioneer. I know this looks like a paid for review but these guys are that great! Check them out!
