Incredible! Wholistic care with great results! I love it! You won’t be disappointed!!!!! In fact! I went to my doctor in August, my cholesterol was not good. My blood pressure was running high. They thought they would have to put me on a blood pressure medication. They put me on a cholesterol medication, but that will work on the blood pressure so I started with fresh focus wellness with Coach T the beginning of September working out with her for 2 1/2 months went back to the doctor and my doctor was amazed of my vital signs. My cholesterol was great. My blood pressure was great when they use to register 136 top number and now my top number is registry 126 on a regular. My doctor noted that my vital signs were textbook noted and whatever I was doing continue to do so yes fresh focus wellness has helped me tremendously. It has also cut down the risk of me having a heart attack or stroke or any cardiovascular diseases. My doctor did a test on me to see my percentage of my wrist factors and they like to see it below seven and mine was 5.9% risk now there’s another category that noted if you continue doing what you’re doing what would your risk factor be in mine was 2.8 so again I say fresh focus wellness and coach T is the place you wanna be I promise you will get Results and please know you get what you put in
