Would be a 5 star if they had better hours: 5-11 weekdays, 7-9 weekends, it’s a small stretch that goes a long way and is in line with all gyms in metro areas! Great folks working at this gym :)
I’ve been to a TON of gyms across the county. This is in the top 1 percent of gyms I’ve been to in terms of equipment variety, cleanliness, and amenities. Can’t recommend this gym enough.
I’ve been coming to Proof since May 2022 (though I did briefly come for a few visits when you first opened!) I brag to all my friends and co-workers that Proof is the best gym in Lexington because of the people working there. Everyone is so kind and they create a very welcoming and positive environment to workout in. One person stands out in particular, Jordan at the front desk. Jordan is personable and takes the time to get to know each of the members and always does it with a smile on his face. Aside from the amazing workers, Proof West Main is spacious with high ceilings, always clean, has a dedicated women’s area, a nice locker room, and a sauna. They have a good variety of machine and free weights and a great rooftop view for your workout. Proof and its workers have had an amazing and positive role in my gym routine. Love Proof!
I love this gym. Have been coming here for 6.5 years and it’s great if you live downtown. There’s plenty of space and rooms to go do your own thing. The women’s locker room had a sauna and it’s my favorite way to finish a workout, mostly in the wintertime
Because of my job, I travel throughout the southeast. I have never seen a nicer gym. This downtown Proof gym location has it all. Great customer service, a person is always cleaning, modern equipment and a great stereo system throughout the gym. I highly recommend this gym.
