I’ve had the most amazing experiences at Fresh Skin by Francesca. Over several visits, I’ve enjoyed three PDRN facials, dermaplaning, facial waxing, and an eyebrow tint—and every single service has exceeded my expectations. Francesca is incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly passionate about skincare, and it shows in the results. The salon itself is stunning—beautifully designed and located in a great area. The atmosphere is warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Each appointment feels personal, relaxing, and genuinely luxurious. I always leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and absolutely glowing. Fresh Skin by Francesca is an absolute gem, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Francesca is the BEST!!! I genuinely feel like more than just a client - we are friends! She makes me feel so comfortable and provides the most relaxing environment. Whether I need a simple eyebrow wax or a specialty facial, she is there to support! I wouldn’t even think of going to anyone else. She is simply the best in Baltimore!

I had the most amazing facial with Francesca. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, professional, and completely customized to my skin. My skin felt instantly hydrated, lifted, and glowing afterward. Francesca is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming presence. Hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been looking for a good esthetician in Baltimore for a while since my last one left, and I am BEYOND thrilled to have found Francesca. She is a miracle worker and gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. She is incredibly meticulous and helped my skin bounce back from a weird phase of lots of texture that I had never experienced before. I feel like I had a full skin reset and my skin is glowing and happy like it hasn’t been in months. I immediately booked another facial for 6 weeks out and am committed to doing regular facials with Francesca for the foreseeable future. She is amazing. Book a facial with her—you won’t regret it!!

I had an amazing experience getting an acne facial with Francesca! From the moment I arrived, she was so warm and welcoming. The studio was beautifully set up, and very relaxing. Francesca made me feel comfortable right away, and she was so inviting throughout the entire appointment. The facial itself was relaxing, thorough, and my skin felt noticeably better afterward. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
