I had my first facial with Francesca and it was amazing. She was personable, on time, and the space was incredibly relaxing. I woke up the next morning and my skin has never been softer. I’ll definitely be back! **Update: I did indeed go back to Francesca and got my first wax in 10 years (I usually stick to threading, so I was definitely nervous after some past waxing trauma). I did the full package…wax, tint, lamination, plus sideburn and upper lip and I can confidently say Francesca is my new go-to. I’m so happy with the shape of my brows and the entire experience was surprisingly painless. The picture is 30 min after with minimal redness. She even sent me home with an eye mask and a lamination aftercare kit—such a thoughtful touch!

I visited Fresh Skin by Francesca for the first time yesterday to take advantage of her March special. I had the Signature Facial and BioRePeel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Francesca’s space is beautiful and she immediately makes you feel comfortable. She reviewed what we would do and got to work, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The space is warm and inviting and the entire facial experience was excellent; however, the best part came afterwards when I started to see next day results. Francesca provided an aftercare bundle and texted me instructions which I have followed. Only one day later and my skin texture is so much better and brighter! Super pleased with the service and definitely will be back. No skin redness, irritation or downtime, and Francesca was super responsive. Would definitely recommend to others!
